Gregg has over 25 years of international experience spanning finance, operations, governance and strategic projects across a broad range of industries. His career combines senior corporate leadership with hands-on operational experience, giving him a practical understanding of how organisations work, how decisions translate into execution, and where financial, operational and governance issues intersect.

He has held senior responsibilities across finance, treasury, risk management, reinsurance, business development and M&A, as well as corporate governance and human resources. He has led multidisciplinary teams and worked closely with executive management, Boards, shareholders, auditors, advisers and regulatory authorities.

Gregg has managed complex, cross-functional initiatives including post-merger integration, restructuring, legal-entity simplification, business transformation, finance and treasury implementation, performance reporting, corporate relocations, wind-downs and liquidations, and M&A transactions valued in the hundreds of millions.

His breadth of experience gives him a holistic perspective when approaching an assignment. He looks beyond the financial statements to understand the underlying business—its operating model, people, processes, controls, commercial dynamics and governance. Pragmatic and hands-on, he is equally comfortable engaging with operational teams and line management as with Boards and senior stakeholders.

Gregg has substantial governance, risk and oversight experience. He served as Managing Director and subsequently as a Board member of a Swiss FINMA-regulated captive reinsurer, with Board-level responsibility for risk and compliance. His wider responsibilities have included internal controls, audit, corporate governance, insurance, tax and regulatory matters.

More recently, Gregg has combined executive and independent advisory work, supporting established businesses and early-stage companies on strategic finance, transformation, governance and business development. He is also actively involved in the practical application of artificial intelligence, including agentic AI, to finance, business processes and decision support, with a particular interest in combining emerging technology with professional judgement, sound governance and human oversight.

His sector experience includes information and data analytics, life sciences, technology, manufacturing, FMCG, food and logistics, staffing and professional services, and financial services.

Gregg is PMP certified and has completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme and Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme at Oxford Saïd Business School, as well as the Executive Programme in Transfer Pricing at the Université de Lausanne’s Tax Policy Center.

Born in New York and resident in Switzerland for many years, Gregg holds Swiss and US nationalities and brings a strong understanding of both Swiss and US business cultures and practices.
