Role at Senogles & Co
While Noor operates her own independent legal practice at Kadhims, she serves as a strategic external legal partner to Senogles & Co. She assists our mutual clients by:
Complementing Financial Analysis with Legal Strategy: Collaborating directly with SenCo by evaluating the legal framework, jurisdictional viability, and procedural merits of a potential claim.
Providing Tribunal Insight: Leveraging her extensive experience on both sides of the arbitral table—having seen arbitration from both the institution's side and the parties' side—to advise on exactly what a well-run case needs.
Assessing Legal Viability: Conducting a thorough review of a dispute's legal strengths and weaknesses to ensure that SenCo financial and quantum strategies align with the legal realities of the case.
Strategic Advisory: Delivering comprehensive legal insights that, when combined with SenCo financial expertise, provide clients with a unified, strategic roadmap for international dispute resolution.
